Rates are subject to change. GST is charged in addition to the hourly rate. Disbursements (court filing fees, process server fees, etc.) are billed at cost.

Virtual Mediation with Jana de Waal

$350.00 + GST / hour

Mediation is billed separately from legal representation. Billable preparation, document review, sessions and documentation are charged at this mediation rate. The scope and retainer are discussed during intake, and unused retainer funds are refunded.
