Most matters proceed in the Kelowna Law Courts (Provincial Court and Supreme Court of BC). We appear regularly and can advise on which forum is best suited to your file.
Meeting virtually, securely
The majority of our consultations and ongoing client meetings happen by video call. We use encrypted video conferencing and a secure client portal for document exchange and e-signature, which means you don't need to travel to Kelowna to work with us. For clients who prefer in-person meetings, our Kelowna office is available Monday through Thursday from8:30 am – 4:30 pm PT.
Court attendances, mediation sessions, and Judicial Case Conferences are handled by our lawyers in-person or by video as required by the court. We will always confirm the format and logistics of every appearance in advance.
Getting to our Kelowna office
Our office is located at 460 Doyle Ave in the heart of downtown Kelowna. We are conveniently situated near the Kelowna Law Courts and the Queensway transit exchange. Paid street parking and several nearby public parking lots are available for those visiting in person. If you're coming in for a meeting, let us know in advance and we'll send arrival instructions for the building.
